Following the meeting at the Caliente Casa de Sol clubhouse on March 8, 2010 we have completed a preliminary review of the flight option questionnaires that were filled out by those who attended the meeting.
A large majority of those who attended the meeting have requested the group flights on Air Pacific that would depart from Los Angeles on January 25, 2011 and arrive in Auckland, New Zealand on January 27, 2011 with return flights on February 10, 2011 from Sydney. This will allow for more time to explore Sydney.
It also appears that we will have enough passengers to offer group flights for a return to Los Angeles from Sydney on February 8, 2011 immediately following the cruise.
There was also a strong preference for bus transportation from Florence to Los Angeles and return. We will now contact the bus companies to see if we can provide return bus transportation on both February 8th and February 10th for those that choose this option.
There were also a number of you who have indicated you would like to have even more time in either New Zealand or Australia before and/or after the cruise. We will be contacting each of you to discuss your options.
If you prefer to return from Sydney on February 9, 2010 with only one day in Sydney after the cruise we will work with you to find book individual reservations at the lowest possible cost.
We will update this page with final air fare pricing information after we have an opportunity to discuss the final group prices with Air Pacific Airlines in the next few days.
